How to Use Trader Joe's Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Trader Joe's Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip is one of the tastiest and most flexible products at Trader Joe's. It is just as good as most homeade spinach artichoke dips and it's so easy to prepare. If you are craving a creamy, savory dip to use, I highly recommend reaching for this dip! I'll take you through some of my favorite ways to use this delicious dip!

A recipe that I have REALLY been enjoying recently has been a pizza featuring this dip as the main sauce. I featured this recipe recently on TikTok, and got a lot of good feedback, so I wanted to make sure everyone could try it for themselves! It is a super easy recipe that will really impress whoever you decide to serve it to!



What you need:

  • 1/2 container of TJ's creamy spinach artichoke dip

  • 1/2 Trader Joe's Pizza Dough

  • 3 dollops of mozzerella cheese

How to cook:

  • I love using a cast iron skillet for these personal pizzas. I've found the best way to make sure the crust is crispy, is to preheat the cast iron at 450 degrees for 10 minutes before putting anything in the actual skillet.

  • Microwave your spinach artichoke dip so that it is creamy and ready to put on your pizza.

  • Place your dough on your skillet and spread your dip as the sauce. (If you like your pizzas a little spicy, I like to add the Italian Bomba to the sauce in the step.)

  • Add your pieces of mozzerella cheese and your pizza is ready to go! I also like to add garlic, parmesan, and some cream cheese, but those are totally optional!

  • Bake your pizza for 10 minutes at 450 degrees or until it is crispy enough for you!

Another great way I love using the spinach artichoke dip is as a pasta sauce. The texture works better than expected and really makes the pasta nice and creamy. This was one of my original recipes using only Trader Joe's ingredients and I still get messages to this day asking about it!


What you'll need (only 3 ingredients again!):

  • Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • Sausage (I used the sausage-less sausage for my meal but you can certainly use any type of sausage or meat or whatever you like!)

  • Fusilli Pasta (Again, you can use any pasta you like!)

Directions:

  • Brown up your sausage and other veggies - I think I added onions to this recipe ( I used olive oil and some butter here)

  • I preheated my spinach artichoke dip so that it was melted. I then added it to my sausage and cooked until it was fully incorporated and creamy.

  • Once the sauce and sausage were ready, I added my pasta, seasoned and it's ready to eat!

This is another super simple recipe that you can pretty much throw together with any combination and this spinach artichoke dip! So easy and soo tasty!



The last main way that I love using this dip, is the way it's said to be used - as a dip! I lovveee dipping the big soft pretzels that Trader Joe's has in this dip, tortilla chips, or even potato chips! Even though I rated it a 7.5 back when I first started this page, it has really grown on me and I now pretty much use it every other week for a meal or two.
